Recovery Team Registration
Please use the following form to register your team. Provide as much information as you know at this time. Once completed, we will follow up with you to determine housing and our capacity for volunteers during the calendar dates you have requested. Please try and check with us about potential dates before you set them with your teams. Thank you for your interest!
Volunteer teams are not required to participate in cost sharing but gifts to help offset materials cost are always welcome.

DUE TO CORONA VIRUS CONCERNS, ALL INTERESTED VOLUNTEER TEAMS WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS PENDING THE TIME OF THEIR ARRIVAL, ETC.
Special expectations and requirements are in place during this time of COVID19 pandemic:
1. All team members are expected to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.
2. Volunteers should be ready to comply with current local and/or state guidelines regarding masks and social distancing.
3. Please keep in mind that we may be serving vulnerable individuals and should be willing to increase our level of protection for their sake.
4. Overnight accommodations may be discontinued depending on the threat level.
Youth: Please note that at this time we are only accepting youth volunteers 8th grade and older. Adult to youth ratio should be a minimum of 1:5, please. Teams from the Rio Texas Conference must comply with Trusted con Confianza policy regarding the safety of children, youth and vulnerable adults.
